DK takes over a highly rated county assembly. Uasin Gishu
County Assembly under Isaac Terer was rated among the best performing
assemblies in the country. This could be attributed to the good working
relations that the governor enjoyed with the MCAs. Only time can tell whether DK
is up to the task to take the county to greater heights.
